เมื่อผมทำใจหยุดนิ่งที่ศูนย์กลางกายไปเรื่อยๆ ผมก็สามารถเห็นภาพนั้นเป็นสามมิติ แล้วมันก็ขยายไปได้ทุกทิศทางจนกลายเป็นทรงกลมในที่สุด จากนั้นทรงกลมก็ค่อยๆดูดผมเข้าไป จนรู้สึกว่าผมอยู่ที่ศูนย์กลางของทรงกลมนั้น แล้วมันก็ได้ขยายครอบคลุมทั้งร่างกายและใจของผมครับ
